Shibana’s Journey: Breaking Barriers, Balancing Dreams
She joined Jiji Technologies in 2017, beginning her journey toward financial independence. Coming from a middle-class family with uneducated parents, she fulfilled their dream of becoming an engineer through hard work and a scholarship.
Despite societal pressure for marriage, her parents supported her desire to work.
As the only woman in her workplace initially, she thrived in an inclusive environment and rose to lead a development team. Jiji not only shaped her career but also supported her through personal milestones.
With her husband’s encouragement and a flexible work policy, she balanced family and career, proving that women can succeed in both.
Jega’s Journey: A Path of Perseverance and Growth
She had been working at JiJi Technologies for six years and now led a team. Her journey had been one of perseverance and growth, overcoming challenges to build a career in IT.
After earning her degree in Computer Science and Engineering, she faced societal expectations to settle down. However, she was determined to follow her passion and refused to give up on her dreams.
With the support of her parents, she joined JiJi Technologies, where she worked hard to prove herself. Her dedication paid off, and she steadily grew in her career, turning challenges into opportunities.

Born into a middle-class family, becoming a computer engineer felt like a distant dream due to financial challenges. However, a scholarship turned that dream into reality.
During the final year, a life-threatening accident of her father shifted her focus toward supporting her family. Through campus placement, a job was secured, and financial support became the priority.
Motherhood brought another challenge with a C-section delivery, but work resumed within three months, driven by sheer determination. Balancing career and motherhood has been tough, but mental strength kept her moving.

With effort and unwavering belief in herself, she secured a scholarship based on academic merit and became the first graduate in her family, earning a BE degree.
During the pandemic, she got an opportunity to work at JiJi Technologies, which transformed her into an independent and empowered working woman, undeterred by any constraints. She started her journey as a trainer.

Suvitha’s journey was filled with challenges. Struggling academically as a child and later battling severe health issues, she faced constant discouragement.
At one point, her education came to a halt due to health problems, and she feared she might not make it to college.
But her spirit refused to give up. She took a different approach to learning, completed her diploma, and graduated in Computer Science Engineering.
Just when she thought her career would take off, the pandemic crushed her job opportunities.
Then came an opportunity at JiJi Technologies, where she joined as a Junior Software Developer. Today, Suvitha leads her own team, guiding and mentoring others. Looking back, she says:

That’s when she joined JiJi Technologies as an Analyst and Support Specialist—stepping into an entirely new world without any prior IT knowledge.
Communication was also a challenge as she had studied in her mother tongue.
Despite the hurdles, she believed in herself. She kept learning, improving, and adapting every day.
Over time, her hard work paid off—she grew into a leadership role, gained valuable knowledge, and, most importantly, completed her bachelor’s degree while working. Now, she is aiming higher with hopes of pursuing her master’s degree soon.
What excites her the most is that she has now found a way to align her work with her passion for art and fashion.
Being part of the web design team allows her to channel her creativity, and it feels incredible to see her passion and profession come together.
Subbu’s Journey: Breaking Barriers, Building Dreams
She comes from a small village, where her greatest inspiration has always been her father—a hardworking and self-dependent man.
Watching him taught her the value of dedication, and she dreamed of building a successful career to make him proud and achieve financial independence.
While many of her friends prioritized marriage over a career, she was determined to establish herself professionally first. After completing her degree with good ranks, she faced several rejections but never gave up.
She discovered JiJi Technologies through social media, applied without any reference, and gave her best during training to secure her place.
Despite discouragement from relatives who believed IT wasn’t suitable for women, she stayed focused.
Finally, she secured a job at JiJi Technologies, becoming the first in her family to enter the IT field. Her journey didn’t just change her life—it inspired her friends and her sister, who now work alongside her.
Josephine’s Journey : Rising through challenges
Born into a middle-class family, she grew up with four sisters and had a rough start in life. Though their childhood was marked by financial struggles, the giggles among the sisters knew no bounds
As the first Engineering Graduate in her family, she pursued a steady career in Chennai, contributing to IT giants TCS and Wipro.
She joined hands with her loving husband and was blessed with two wonderful angels. life took a turn after ten years, making her a single parent.
With support from her mother-in-law and mentor, she gained confidence, learned to drive, and embraced her role as Family Head.
Later, she moved to her native, Tirunelveli, where she joined hands with JiJi Technologies as a Content Writer.
Though life continues to offer challenges in different forms, she rises stronger each time with the grace of God and her supportive angels. She is thankful to the iron ladies who shaped her into who she is today—her mother during childhood and her mother-in-law during parenthood.
Saki’s Journey: From Dependence to Career Success
Growing up in a financially struggling family, she often relied on others for basic needs like clothes, books, and school fees. After her father passed away, things became even tougher.
Fortunately, a generous relative supported her college education, and she graduated in Computer Science.
But breaking into the IT field was not easy. After marriage, she became dependent on her family, and societal expectations held her back from pursuing her career.
However, she never gave up on her dream.
When JiJi Technologies offered her an opportunity as a Quality Tester, she grabbed it with both hands. Over the past four years, she has grown from Quality Tester to Junior Analyst, gaining respect, independence, and confidence. Today, she proudly says:

Born into a poor family of five, life was filled with challenges, especially during rains when the house would get soaked.
Despite financial struggles, education was pursued with determination, working as a laborer on weekends to support studies.
After a year of college, financial constraints halted education, but a professor generously sponsored the study expenses.
This support helped complete a DCA, typing courses, and a bachelor’s degree with 81%. Encouraged further, an M.Sc. was pursued with a government merit seat and scholarship, graduating with 87% (First Class with Distinction).
Despite many interviews, suitable job opportunities were hard to find. Eventually, a local job as a Quality Controller was secured but didn’t align with educational qualifications.
Later, a friend’s referral led to a testing role at JiJi Technologies, where training enhanced skills, knowledge, and confidence.
Sumathi’s Journey: Rising Above Struggles with Determination
Born into a middle-class family, life was filled with hardships. With her father working as a daily wage laborer and her mother managing the home, access to basic necessities was limited. However, the importance of education was deeply understood.
Growing up, we faced many hardships — from not having proper clothes, food, or basic necessities. But deep down, I knew that education was my only way out.
A free tuition center provided access to essentials and education, enabling good academic performance. Despite securing 476 marks in 10th and 1024 in 12th, higher education seemed impossible due to financial constraints.
Fortunately, a college scholarship was secured through a primary school teacher’s reference, allowing an engineering degree to be completed.
The job search was tough, with multiple rejections and a training program halted by lockdown.
With financial pressure mounting, government exams were prepared for until a friend’s referral led to an opportunity at JiJi Technologies. The interview was cleared, and a stable career was finally achieved.
Padma’s Journey: Strength, Support, and Success
Raised in a family of strong women, Padmavathi saw her father’s dedication to education as a path to independence. Entering the IT field as a woman was challenging, and after marriage and motherhood, career opportunities became scarce, leaving her feeling overlooked.
At a critical moment, JiJi Technology stepped in, giving her the support she needed to restart her career.

ArunBala’s journey is a story of hope and perseverance. Coming from a family where both she and her sister completed 12th grade and a computer course, ArunBala spent the next eight years switching between seven different jobs, trying to find a stable career.
Despite her best efforts, she couldn’t progress to the next level, and it eventually led her to quit her job.
One day, a woman she knew told her about job opportunities at JiJi Technologies. Doubtful, ArunBala assumed that without a college degree, she wouldn’t qualify.
However, she still decided to try and approached the company for an opportunity. To her surprise, JiJi Technologies invited her for training — and after completing it, she secured a job placement.
Today, ArunBala has gained technical skills, built a stable career, and is now pursuing her passions — cake baking and Mehendi art — with the salary she earns. Looking back, she says:

Barani’s Journey: Standing Tall Through Life’s Challenges
Barani’s life journey has been filled with unexpected challenges. Coming from a middle-class family, she carried the responsibility of caring for her younger sisters, which impacted her educational choices.
She pursued a degree in Chemistry, even though it wasn’t her preferred subject, and later joined the insurance field to support her family.
Her life took a difficult turn when her father had a bike accident, leaving the family in deep financial and emotional distress. Barani shouldered the family’s burden and kept moving forward.
Later, after getting married and having children, she again faced a tough phase when her husband had a backbone fracture, requiring complete bed rest.
Through all of this, she never gave up on her desire to become financially independent. When the opportunity came to train as a Software Tester, she grabbed it — and soon after, she joined JiJi Technologies. Now, she looks back with pride and says:
